EL/PL Fee Earner



My Client is a nation wide law firm currently experiencing a period of growth. They have now got a vacancy for a EL/PL Fee Earner to work in their successful EL/PL team.



The Fee earner will have full responsibility of own caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to settlement/litigation. Experience of dealing with fast track claims is required along with litigation experience. They will be expected to be able to initiate Court proceedings and deal competently with every stage of litigation through to trial/settlement. CFA experience would be good, but not essential.



The successful candidates will have the following:

o Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.

o Computer literacy (Outlook, MS Word)

o Ability to work under pressure to deadlines

o A well organised way of working

o Strong motivation

o Accuracy

o Confident on the telephone

o Ability to use the Case Management System
