Job Purpose:



As a Home Energy Sales Advisor who will be talking to domestic Customers on a Face To Face level to discuss and sell the benefits of the company’s home energy saving services and acquire, retain and win-back best value profit generating business.





Main responsibilities:

• To promote and sell company products and services to selected new and lost customers that give the right profile and product mix as required.

• To provide an excellent sales proposition underpinned by great customer service activities , enhancing the sales process and increasing opportunities to acquire customers

• To achieve key performance indicators across a range of sales, service and quality parameters (e.g. customer drop-out)

• To work in a structured and productive way maximising the pentablet technology and customer (‘walk book’) data provided, including a daily upload &download of customer data

• To generate quality sales leads for other sales departments

• To reflect both in personal demeanour and professional integrity the image of the company to all new and existing customers.

• To comply with all company policies and instructions for the fulfilment of company objectives

• To be alert to competitor products, services, practices and activities and to feedback your insights to the wider team

• Undertake energy efficiency surveys and advise on EEC measures as required

• To ensure that single electricity customers receive the same focus as duel fuel customers to drive the right energy mix for the Consumer business

Experience required:



 Previous Door to Door Sales experience (REQUIREMENT)

 Ability to deal with a variety of customers

 Excellent sales skills

 Good communication and influencing skills

 Ability to work well in a team and on own

 Full driving licence (no more than 6 points and no driving convictions in the last 5 years
