Registered Mental Health Nurse, Todmorden, Elderly care nursing home.<br><br>White Recruitment is currently looking for a Registered General Nurse (RMN) for a medium sized, brand new nursing home Todmorden. This home provides nursing & social care for frail elderly and mentally infirm. The home is extremely well equipped and boasts features such as jacuzzi’s, therapy rooms, sauna’s and electronic safety equipment like censored floors and ‘no key’ systems. My client are also very keen to promote from within.<br><br>As part of a team your role will include:<br><br>36 hours/week.<br>Care planning<br>Administration of medication<br>Liaison with medical professionals, relatives and higher authorities<br>Monitoring the well being of the clients<br>Providing the highest standard of practices within the home<br><br><br>The Candidate:<br><br>Must be a qualified RMN<br>Have a valid NMC Pin Number <br>Complete satisfactory POVA and CRB checks<br>Understanding the NMC code of conduct<br>Must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team<br>Exceptional communication skills as the ability to build strong relationships with both patients and colleagues is essential.<br>Ability to handle difficult situations.<br>Highly professional approach to your work.<br>Naturally caring nature<br><br>Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience <br><br><br>If your experience matches please forward your CV immediately<br><br>White Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
