THE ROLE



**As a Commercial Consultant, you will build on the existing business in the branch, dealing with the whole sales, servicing, recruiting and administration functions within the recruitment industry processes.

**This is a warmish desk, which using your sales skills, you will grow in the Oldham area.

**You will be ambitious, self motivated and confident in delivering a high standard of service to both Clients and Candidates.

**The role will involve telesales, face-to-face sales and delivering a quality service to clients.







THE IDEAL CANDIDATE





**You will ideally have, at least 6 months experience, as a Recruitment Consultant

**Excellent Business 2 Business sales skills

**Have an ability to build relationships with candidates and clients

**Ability to hit the ground running, and relish the challenge of making the desk your own.

**Not be afraid of picking up the phone to win new business

**Smart and professional with an excellent and confident telephone manner

**Hold a current full UK driving license
