Are you looking for a field based position?<br><br>The Background<br><br>International, market leading technology provider is currently seeking to recruit an Implementation Consultant to roll out their Time & Labour Management software to their clients. This is a field based position, which will offer the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most reputable organisations in the country.<br><br>The Responsibilities<br><br>Working within an implementation of c4 and acting within a client facing capacity, you will lead the entire functional life cycle of implementation of the organisations suite of the organisations HR software. <br><br>You will have overall responsibility for project planning, scoping and requirements gathering, working with the client to design and develop both functional and technical specifications.<br><br>Taking ownership of application configuration and testing, you will manage the entirety of the project, ensuring completion and client satisfaction.<br><br>The Professional<br><br>As the successful candidate, you will be an experienced HR Software implementation professional with experience of implementing a Time and Labour module. Due to the nature of the work, you will be adept at managing high volume projects and must be able to travel throughout the UK (possessing a UK driver’s licence). You will have a passion for client facing system issues and have the skills and experience to advise on implementation processes and procedures as well as leading and taking ownership of issues and responsibilities.
